Welcome to Our New Chief Growth Officer, Scott Garren
Demonstrating its commitment to growth, Interactive Government Holdings welcomes Scott Garren as its Chief Growth Officer. Scott brings a wealth of experience to the table and will help cement IGH’s global status while remaining effective locally.

Scott comes to IGH from 14 years at ManTech International Corporation, where he was most recently Vice President, Growth Lead for Defense Sector. His other executive roles at ManTech include Vice President of Strategic Initiatives and Vice President of Sales.

Earlier in his career, Scott earned additional experience in federal markets while working for Smartronix, Inc. and Booz Allen Hamilton.

Scott has hit the ground running at IGH, already networking and pursuing potential opportunities. He will help IGH pivot in the marketspace while strengthening Client Intimacy and Industry Partnerships. He will also serve as an Advisory IGH Board Member.

Before accepting the role of CGO, he was impressed by IGH’s commitment to helping its customers fulfill their missions as well as ensuring success for the IGH team.

A native Floridian, Scott attended school in the Sunshine State before moving to D.C. He holds a Master of Science in Management from Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Flagler College in St. Augustine.

While other businesses scale-back or pause growth opportunities in 2020, Scott sees IGH’s expansion as a sign of its “commitment to investing in its employees and future.”

Scott is no stranger to big life changes happening during a pandemic. On Father’s Day, he and his wife, Lauren, welcomed Baby Crew. He joins big siblings Victoria, Savannah and Landon. Their favorite family activity is spending time together at the beach.

He’s joining us at an exciting time in IGH’s history as we continue building our reputation as a company that puts our customers and employees first,” said CEO Michael Sanders. “In fact, over the last couple of years, an extraordinary team has come to the table to lead us into the future. Scott’s leadership will be integral to that future.”
