SPRINGFIELD, Va. – Federal contracting small business Interactive Government Holdings (IGH) announces Scott Garren as its Chief Growth Officer (CGO). Garren brings over two decades of experience in defense and federal markets, including 14 years at ManTech where he was Vice President, Growth Lead for the Defense Sector.

“Scott’s proven track record of success in the federal market is exceptional and his depth of understanding in every aspect of government contracting make him a perfect fit for Chief Growth Officer,” said IGH CEO Michael Sanders. “Fourteen years of executive-level experience at ManTech will provide Scott with a valuable perspective as he grows IGH’s contracts and strategic programs. Ranked as a fastest growing company three years in a row by Inc. Magazine, IGH is building on our success by adding Scott to the team.”

Garren will help build IGH’s global presence while maintaining an emphasis on local impact, which is critical to its customers’ missions and the success of IGH employees. He will also serve as an Advisory Board Member for IGH.

Garren served in other executive roles at ManTech, including Vice President of Strategic Initiatives and Vice President of Sales. Earlier in his career, Garren also worked for Smartronix, Inc. and Booz Allen Hamilton. Garren holds a Masters of Science in Management from Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration from Flagler College.
