SPRINGFIELD, Va. – Interactive Government Holdings (IGH) has achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification for its quality management system.
The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) provides the global standard for quality management and performance. ISO certification, following an extensive audit, shows a company’s commitment to working efficiently, increasing customer satisfaction and pursuing industry excellence.
IGH chose to pursue certification following years of company growth and expanded customer offerings. As a full-service prime contractor, the ISO 9001:2015 certification is in respect to the scope of “Professional Resources and Solutions in the Performance of Administrative, Program Management and Technical Contracts to State, Federal and Commercial Markets.”
Awarded on March 3, 2021, IGH’s ISO 9001:2015 certification is effective until March 2, 2024.
