
James M. Northcutt, of Marietta, Georgia brings a wealth of experience to his current position of Deputy Program Manager/Team Lead for IGH in Georgia. James spent 22 years on active duty in the U.S. Army specializing in human resource management/human relations and community and employer relations. Following his military career, he spent 20 years in federal service working as a civilian for the Department of the Army.
James finds an abundance of ways to enrich his community in his free time. He is President of Rockford Township Homeowners Association, Marietta, and Member of Marietta’s Merit System Protection Board. He serves as chairman of the Deacon Board at GraceLife Church in Marietta and is a member of the Gideons International Board and the Light of Kenya Education Sponsorship Center. James is also the Regional Director of Primerica Financial Services in Duluth, GA.

Q. How did your military service prepare you for your current career?
A. Throughout my military and civilian careers with the Department of Army, everything I accomplished adds value to my current IGH role. I can draw from my career experiences in human resource development and community relations to drive success in support of our customers and providing quality products and services.
