Johnny Dwiggins

Johnny H. Dwiggins serves as Deputy Program Manager for Interactive Government Holdings on the FEPP contract where he assists with Program and Personnel management.
 
He has lived in North Carolina his entire life.  He balanced successful careers as a manager with RJR Packaging in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and a member of the United States Army Reserve. 
 
He retired from RJR Packaging, Inc., Winston-Salem, North Carolina where he served as Manager, Customer/Production Services.  He was responsible for developing and implementing near term and long range strategies and goals for materials procurement, inventory control, production planning and scheduling, customer services and business development for flexible packaging world-wide.  Since retirement from his civilian career, he has worked on various contracts with Department of Defense conducting strategic Employer Outreach and assisting Guardsmen, Reservists, Veterans, and Dependents with employment.
